Every order directly supports independent music, merchandise, and future creative projects. We appreciate every single purchase.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Please allow additional processing time during:

  • Album launches
  • Limited merchandise drops
  • Holidays
  • High-volume sales periods
  • Live event weekends

Digital downloads are usually delivered immediately after payment confirmation.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International: 1–4 weeks (varies by country)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Some lower-cost shipping methods may not include full tracking updates.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays or issues are outside of our direct control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Theft after delivery
  • Weather-related delays
  • Customs delays on international orders

However, if an issue occurs, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.


International Orders

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • VAT charges
  • Additional delivery fees

These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or solution.


Digital Product Delivery

Digital products such as music downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

If you experience issues accessing your download, contact us for assistance.
