Thank you for supporting Johnny Slaughter and House Slaughter LLC.

Because many of our products are digital or made in limited quantities, please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.


Digital Products

All digital music downloads, digital albums, and digital media purchases are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • MP3 downloads
  • Digital albums
  • Streaming-access products
  • Downloadable media

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.


Physical Merchandise & CDs

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will work to replace the item or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
